Privacy Policy
The short version: your Apple IDs stay on your own Mac. Our servers only keep your StoreDuo account and membership status.
Data that never reaches our servers
- Apple ID credentials: stored in the macOS Keychain and sent only to Apple's servers.
- Download and install history: stored on your Mac, where you can review or clear it anytime.
- Apps you download: fetched directly from Apple to your Mac, then installed on the devices you connect.
Data we store
When you create and sign in to a StoreDuo account, we store:
- your email address and a hashed password (never the plain-text password);
- if you sign in with Google, the account identifier, email and display name Google provides;
- sign-in sessions and the short-lived codes used for email verification and password reset;
- your membership plan, status and expiry date;
- your Stripe customer ID, used to link your payments.
We use this data to sign you in, confirm your membership and process payments. We don't use it for advertising and we never sell it.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe directly; we never see your full card number.
This website
- No analytics or advertising trackers.
- Local browser storage only remembers your preferred page language.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives request information such as your IP address.
Service providers
Account and download services run on Cloudflare; payments are processed by Stripe; sign-in emails are sent through an email delivery service; Google account services are used when you choose to sign in with Google.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your StoreDuo account data at any time. Email support@storeduo.org from your account address and we'll handle it promptly. Deleting your account ends your membership but never touches files on your Mac or apps you've installed.
Changes
